NextGenLib: Digitization of Libraries - is a Library Management Software developed for Computerization of Schools, Colleges, Universities and Other kinds of Libraries. The software is implemented on Annual Subscription basis, demanded by libraries, and is hosted on fastest cloud. The software is not installed in local pc in libraries.The software is having three kinds of Interfaces: Web site for general information and policy; Staff Interface (Software Application used by Library staff for data entry, etc) along with OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) accessed by Library Members and ; a Mobile App - generally used by registered members only. This policy is current and updated. Please note that this statement will be updated from time to time.

NextGenLib website is for displaying general information about the agency, products and services. Besides, it provides form for registering libraries for availing the services of the software. The data collected from libraries contains general information, name, library name, organization, email and mobile numbers - which are not used for any other purpose except for registration purpose only to identify the potential user. The agency does not pass on such data to any other agencies of individual, etc. The Application software is used for data enty by concerned libraries where they enter books details and member details. This data can only be used and manipulated by concerned library and agency can not used such data due to protection by authentication and authorization assigned to subscribers only. During the process of use of software for subscribers, the software gather certain information about the User of the software, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the records added/modified, etc. The agency does not use such data and does not supply/forward such data to any third party or individual.

The Mobile App - Mobile App is used by registered members only which are registered by subscriber libraries and agency does not manipulate such data gathered by concerned library. The personal information of the user (library members) are gathered by librareis where members are registered and such data belong to concerned library only. Mobile App data gathered direct by App from members during access includes their name, member number, email, mobile no. etc are not supplied/manipulated by the provider/agency and used by member parent library only. Such personal data is used by App to identify the legal members only.
We gather certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected.
